CrossFit has ten recognized general physical skills. They are cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. To better ourselves in those skills, CrossFit DeForest uses gymnastics, weightlifting, conditioning training and more. All of CrossFit is designed for universal scalability and modifications, making it perfect for any age, skill level, or experience.
Couch to CrossFit... With enough interest, Couch to CrossFit restarts the first Tues of each month. Please reach out with any immediate interest or questions.
Couch to CrossFit is our most popular intro course. We dedicate the whole course to teaching form, technique, tips, and tricks. This course will help build confidence so you are comfortable and familiar with the movements and terms commonly used in CrossFit. While this class not required, it is recommended and great for all skill levels.
Couch to CrossFit is $120 for the full, four week program, and is a one-time class.
We believe that introducing a lifestyle of fitness at an early age can help prevent health issues, and instill a positive association with exercising and being fit. Our kids program promotes a fun and healthy environment for kids to thrive and grow both physically and mentally. In this class we will play games, strive to improve cognition levels, build strength, learn functional fitness movements, and have tons of FUN! Kids classes are sold in 4-packs. Now coaching classes for ages 5-12.
Kids classes are currently done on a small group basis or with 1-on-1 sessions. Both can be scheduled by reaching out.
13+ are welcome to join in with the adult classes with the consent of a legal guardian and a consultant chat with one of our coaches or owners.
